An Ode to Heather

On Thursday, we celebrated Heather’s birthday.  (Praises to Heather’s mama for delivering her to us!)  Do you know Heather?  If you don’t, YOU SHOULD.  Let me just tell you about her:

Heather has been with White Dahlia for more than six years.  She has an EXTREMELY devoted client following, and if you’ve ever seen her for a massage, you’ll know why.  Heather is an integral part of our business.  In fact, we probably drive her crazy the way we seek her opinion in almost all matters WD.  But don’t take OUR word for it. Here’s what her coworkers have to say about her….

Heather is very personable and easy to talk to; she always makes a point to come and talk to me.  I admire her leadership because she won’t ask you to do something she wouldn’t do herself.  Also, she’s VERY funny.

I love that Heather is always willing to help and goes the extra mile for everyone!

I LOVE Heather’s witty humor–she’s hilarious!  She is the most genuine human being ever!  I love that we can chit chat about literally anything and everything.  BONUS:  Her massages are pretty awesome as well.

Heather appreciates my taste in t-shirts.  And that makes me smile.

I like that Heather loves the crazy pollen we get.  She also loves bees, which is equally as crazy.  And she has a funny accent and busts my b**** all the time.

Heather is warm.  Heather is awesome.  Heather is a ROCK STAR.

Heather is funny, personable, thoughtful, reliable, and a good therapist and manager.

Heather is punctual and energetic.

Heather has a warm personality that invites comfort and encourages interacting on a personal level.  I’m so fortunate to have a leader that has contributed to such a welcoming work environment.

Now, allow me to add MY two cents:

I value Heather so highly because I know I can TRUST her.  I know she will always, always have my back.  And that kind of peace of mind is PRICELESS.
